Fall has arrived at Vidalia and Bistro Bis.

Fall Menus at Bistro Bis and Vidalia   Fall farmers’ markets are bringing luscious local pears, apples and fall squash. Cranberry beans, field peas and fresh ciders will be showing up in our daily specials. Click on the links below for our menus.


Celebrate Thanksgiving Day, November 26 at Vidalia or Bistro Bis Celebrate your Thanksgiving in great culinary style without the work at Vidalia or Bistro Bis! Once again, make your reservations early, as seating is limited. Both restaurants will offer a special Thanksgiving à la carte menu along with a children's menu for ages 10 or below.

Vidalia hours are from 12 pm to 3:00 pm and 5 pm to 8 pm.

Bistro Bis seating times are from 12 pm to 8 pm. Click on our Thanksgiving Menus. Please note that due to availability of ingredients, the menus are subject to change.

Annual Thanksgiving Vidalia Pie Sale 2009 Enjoy your Thanksgiving Day Feast with less work by pre-ordering your favorite pie from Vidalia during our now famous holiday pie sale. Three Vidalia favorites are available…Lemon Chess, Southern Pecan and Sweet Potato.

Each pie is $21.95 plus tax. Pies will be boxed individually and ready for you to pick up on Wednesday, November 25, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you stay for lunch or dinner on Wednesday, enjoy a 20% discount on your meal with our compliments and thanks.

All orders must be received by Saturday, November 21. You can phone in your order with your credit card number to 202-659-1990 or e-mail holidaypies@vidaliadc.com with your phone number and we will contact you to complete the order. Please do not put your credit card number in an email. It is not secure. Order early, quantities are limited.

Special Events at Vidalia and Bis 

Celebrate your special events at Vidalia or Bistro Bis! Chef/Owner Jeffrey Buben and his staff will add that special "wow factor" to your cocktail party, business luncheon, private dinner or a group gathering in our wine bar with creative hors d'oeuvres, menus, spectacular wines and favorite cocktail libations. Happy Hour Half Price Specials Come join us from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. for special selections of premium liquors, specialty cocktails, wines and libations at half price.  All beers, bottles and drafts are $3.50. 

Happy Hour Wine Tasting Our popular Monday through Friday complimentary wine tasting is from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.    Each day of the week will feature a different theme and three wines. Happy Hour Tasting Menu Join us for our Happy Hour or the Wine Tasting and Stay for Dinner! Vidalia offers a three course happy hour dinner from 5:30 to 6:30 PMfor $39.90. Guests will be offered a three course menu selection of an appetizer, entree and dessert from our nightly specials. Price does not include beverages, alcoholic beverages, sales tax or gratuity. Bis on the Go!

Bistro Bis now offers coffee, teas and pastries "to go!"   We open this take out service at 6:30 a.m. daily.  Savor our estate grown Bis blend coffee and a fresh baked selection from our pastry chef.
